I was assisted to make the appointment by the manager and very efficiently. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with excellent customer care. I was 10 minutes early but was still seen promptly. I was offered a seat in the waiting area and continuously offered excellent quality coffee and gorgeous biscuits. There was lots of magazines to read and a television on too. Thanks so much to all the lovely and friendly staff for such great care. I will of course continue to use this dealer for all my Audi needs. The fact I was asked for my opinion and review by Tetbury Audi shows they truely care about the customers experience.
Battery died on the car park. No loan car. 36 hours until they could get a new battery. Jump started the car and told me to go to Halfords which I did (who fitted a new battery immediately). This is not the level of service I receive from Audi in solihull so very disappointed. Two stars as the lad I talked to was helpful (he googled, got the car going and suggested Halfords). I would not recommend Audi Tetbury.

Recently bought a nearly new A5 from Tom at Tetbury Audi. Brilliant customer service. Nice to be offered a number of affordable options to compare. Extra benefit was that they are part of a group of dealers and so were able to source exactly the right vehicle at the price I was after. Not bought an Audi before and this was the level of service I was hoping / expecting!
