Really don't like giving bad reviews but I ordered and paid for a 10.1" frame that I needed for a specific event (today). I was advised to buy this one after using their online chat facility. 8 days later I rang up to see where it was and was told it was out of stock with no stock expected until June. No idea why I was not informed of this proactively. I would then expect them to save the situation by expediting an upgrade at their cost but no, all that could be offered was an 8" screen and a refund of difference. Sadly not good enough on many levels.
