We have had 3 experiences with IND. Firstly they installed a radiator in a bedroom extension. Secondly they recently serviced our boiler and gas fire. Finally we had a problem when the hot bath tap suck fully open. In all three cases the work has been efficient and courteous with no mess left behind. In the case of the stuck tap they had someone at the house within minutes who fixed it very quickly.An excellent company with excellent service!

Our boiler stopped working 3 days ago (on a friday evening), we called our usual plumber who said : " sorry, not before the new year!". This morning (monday) at 9 am, I called Ind NG and JK, I spoke to a lady, who told me that someone will call me back in the morning. 11.30am, an engineer called me and guiding me on the phone through a quick procedure, he managed to start the boiler in less than 2mn. I asked how much I owed him, he said :" nothing, just remember us next time..."That is what I call service !
