Wow what a place! I have never know customer service like it. I was only there for a meeting but need to go back soon. The food was amazing!
Don't go if you're a vegetarian.Beautiful place inside and out, staff are very friendly, and food and drink are excellent quality.However, they seem to think that vegetarians are never hungry as the main seemed like a starter. My wife and I both ordered a vegetarian dish and were finished when everyone else was only half way through their meal. It was also quite bland. The pumpkin soup was nice, and the chocolate soup was great, but they don't cater for vegetarians very well.I even told the waiter and he didn't seem to care either.I was told there were a couple of extra dishes not on the main menu, but when I asked the manager, he didn't seem to want to bother answering and then only told me instead of giving me the menus to show my wife.My dad was enjoying his chicken dish but for 20 he found that there was barely any chicken. It did seem a bit strange.Service was painfully slow as well, and it was no where near full. We had to wait almost an hour for our table to be ready as well, being seated in the bar area of the fine dining section instead of through further.
We had a lovely time. The staff were helpful and the breakfast in the main restaurant was very tasty. The room we had was very clean, the only point I would make is that the TV we had in the room was rather small. We will however be returning.
Top notch place. Great for kids. Friendly helpful service. Great facilities. Great food. Great rooms. Pricey but you get a lot for your money. Really kid friendly
Great meal at the Conservatory Calcot Manor. We had the lunch menu 20 for 2 courses (25 for 3 courses) and felt it was excellent value. Recommend the beef brisket and also the bream and shrimp. The desserts were very good too. Staff were very helpful
